Bisila Palace | Malabo
Malabo, located on the north coast of the island of Bioko, is the oldest city in Equatorial Guinea, on the west coast of Central Africa. Grand Metropolitan Hotels will take on the hotel Bisila Palace as part of a management contract and restructure it from the ground up to leverage its potential and to create a true diamond in Equatorial Guinea.
Jakobsberg | Germany
Boppart, home to the country resort Jakobsberg, is a town in Rhineland-Palatinate, lying in the Rhine Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located just one hour from Cologne or Frankfurt, Jakobsberg is the ideal location for guests to escape the big cities.The Golf and Country Resort, once used as a hotel with its own golf club and hunting range, is will undergo several architectural changes and improvements. Moreover the property will be fully respositioned, including new F&B outlets, in order to raise its potential and to create the best value.
